It all started at a 250 watt daytimer (KEXS ) in Excelsior Springs, Mo….You know how the story goes…. In radio you jump around a lot…. WIBW in Topeka, KS. and after a couple of stops at other stations in Missouri ,I made it into Kansas City at KAYQ…. Born on June 25, the eldest of 5 children, with an older sister adopted when I was 3. I grew up around the area of Huntington Beach, California, skating, skateboarding and playing softball, while I helped raise my younger brothers as they came along. From the time I was 12, I’ve had some sort of job, babysitting, yard work, etc. I graduated from Westminster High School almost a year early and soon was hired at Disneyland. I was born in a small town outside of Toledo, Ohio, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated from Purdue University and had every intention of utilizing my degree when fate stepped in and opened the door to broadcasting.
