Essential Duties:

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to develop and sell radio advertising and events to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing clients, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs, achieving sales budgets, managing collections on accounts, providing excellent customer service to clients.

Preferred /Education & Certification:

Background in media sales preferred, but not required.

Required Skills:

Background in outside sales. Outstanding marketing/presentation skills. MUST be computer literate and have excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong Organization skills, and a valid Drivers License.

Frontier Broadcast Holdings LLC is seeking a Corporate Controller/Accounting Supervisor.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to take direction, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment that is dynamic and fast paced.

Responsibilities of this position may include:

  • Financial statement preparation and review
  • General ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
  • Intercompany allocations, bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Data
  • Coordination and direct interaction with external auditors
  • General Insurance Renewal Preparation
  • Assist business management with budget development, tracking and forecasting and other accounting projects as needed

Requirements of this position include the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum of three years relevant corporate accounting working experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel when conducting analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Occasional travel required

Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements plus the following:

  • Experience working with budget development or forecasting
  • Working knowledge of Sage 100 ERP software
  • Radio and Television Traffic Software
